so add this to the user_prefs to see them:

  add_header all Relays-Trusted _RELAYSTRUSTED_
  add_header all Relays-Untrusted _RELAYSUNTRUSTED_
  add_header all Relays-Internal _RELAYSINTERNAL_
  add_header all Relays-External _RELAYSEXTERNAL_

also, you can run "spamassassin -D -L -t < message" and look for

  [9690] dbg: metadata: X-Spam-Relays-Trusted:

those debug lines contain the full data.
