I have just found four products which provide this function: Facebook Presto, Google BigQuery, IBM Informix, Microsoft Excel. Only Presto supports as `count_if`, the others support as`countif`.
I think that `count_if` is more easier to read than `countif`, but it seems that `countif` is more prevailing.
