why ' package org.apache.turbine.flux.modules' in TDK2.1 example-newapp?

why in TDK2.1 example-newapp,there is

package org.apache.turbine.flux.modules??

i've read the TDK documents-"Pull MVC Model",but i cant understand what's is
said at all,can anyone tell me why and what's it for?
