0.13.0
### What's Wrong?
CREATE TABLE stringtest(
id INT,
NAME STRING
)
DISTRIBUTED BY HASH(id) BUCKETS 3
PROPERTIES("replication_num" = "1");
when I insert data:
INSERT INTO stringtest(id,NAME) VALUES(1,'helloWorld')
it's Insert failed：errCode = 2, detailMessage = all partitions have no load data

insert success

in version 0.13, type `STRING` is not exactly "string", it it `varchar(1)`.
In version 0.15(which has not been released yet), we will support real `string`
