[sandbox] Extensionsfilter doesn't seem to work correctly...

Hi all, 

currently I'm experimenting with (tomahawk) sandbox components, but some of
them don't seem to work, because some needed resources cannot be found. 

This resources work (examples): s:roundeddiv, s:effect(partially)
Not working (examples): s:accordionpanel, s:modaldialog, s:imageloop

The extensionsfilter is correctly configured for regular tomahawk
components. Is there anything i have to do to get all working with sandbox?

My project setup is:
MyFaces 1.2.6
Tomahawk 1.1.8 for JSF 1.2
Facelets
Tomcat 6

The setup above works fine, additionally i use now
Sandbox 1.1.9 for JSF 1.2

I have tested sandbox examples an the components are working. Check sandbox
examples could help. You can find the latest code here:

edit: Part of the problem seems to be resolved, but i still get these
error-messages:

14:14:28,190 ERROR MyFacesResourceLoader:179 - Unable to find resource
src/lfx/html/__package__.js for component dojo.DojoResourceLoader. Check
that this file is available in the classpath in sub-directory /resource of
the package-directory.
14:14:28,687 ERROR MyFacesResourceLoader:130 - Could not find the class for
component org.apache.myfaces.custom.jsp to load a resource.
14:14:29,091 ERROR MyFacesResourceLoader:130 - Could not find the class for
component org.apache.myfaces.custom.jsp.js to load a resource.
14:14:29,128 ERROR MyFacesResourceLoader:179 - Unable to find resource
__package__.js for component dojo.DojoResourceLoader. Check that this file
is available in the classpath in sub-directory /resource of the
package-directory.
