xerces problems

Hello
I get the following when I run a app with TC 5.0.28+ but oddly NOT with 5.0.  Can someone help me with the understanding and proper config to fix this

Caused by: javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl not found
