[I] Incorrect UI scale on Ubuntu with all themes [jmeter]

SergImmortal opened a new issue, #6109:
URL: https://github.com/apache/jmeter/issues/6109

   ### Expected behavior

Correct UI with displaying elements in one scale if "Zoom In" UI

   ### Actual behavior

By default, UI is not readable, if Zoom In, elements have different scale

It will correctly work only if disable resolution scale on the built-in monitor, but the built-in monitor will be useless
