You beat me to opening the issue :-)
I've been looping this test (patch attached) for half the day, looking for the best fails to analyze.  It's a straight-forward copy of the other HDFS chaos test.

The other HdfsChaos test has proven very valuable in finding fails I can't as easily find with the local FS though, so it makes sense to add this class to help with testing.
