   Pushed a couple of small touch-ups directly @Facyla, hope you don't mind - scoped `.hover-popup.popup-at-bottom` under `.superset-legacy-chart-country-map` so it doesn't leak to any other `.hover-popup` on the page, and dropped the manual `top`/`left` in mouseenter/mousemove since `updatePopupPosition()` already sets them. Nice fix otherwise, this bottom-edge clipping has bugged me too :)
