There are now very few deprecations:
# Generation and use of skeletons and static stubs for JRMP is deprecated. (in service)
# StAXSOAPModelBuilder(XMLStreamReader) in SOAPEventHandler.java
# FoScreenRenderer in FoFormRenderer.java
# HtmlScreenRenderer in HtmlTreeRenderer.java

Unrelated: still some unchecked or unsafe operations
