Added the initial version of the JMS message store support for synapse. This implementation is inspired by the WSO2 ESB's implementation of the JMS message store. I have ported this implementation with due respect to original authors. 

- Added 4 samples to indicate the JMS message store functionality with ActiveMQ configurations (705-708)
- Documentation updated to reflect the latest ActiveMQ libraries
