    Resolution: Fixed

This was not hooked up.

It now works as follows:
If the title is set, then it will be output as the title of the anchor representing the selection action.

If the label cannot be output as the itemIcon alt text and the title is set for a TreeElement, it will be output there also.

Verified fixed
Setting title on <netui:treeItem> is now output as the title of the anchor representing the selection action.

As described, if label cannot be used for alt text (ex: when it contains HTML markup) title is also output for the alt text if set.
