   broker.conf
     brokerClusterName = cluster1
     brokerName = rocketmq-broker-1
     brokerId = 0
     deleteWhen = 04
   sh mqbroker -n rocketmq-namesrv:9876 -c /broker.conf --brokerName=rocketmq-broker-2
   brokerName should is rocketmq-broker-2
   i hope support command with args can override broker.conf in value
