cvs2svn problems
Dear all,
trying to convert the last of my cvs repositories to Subversion I
faced a problem of the CVS repository. cvs2svn version 0.1270 reports
the following:
----- pass 2 -----
Checking for blocked exclusions...
Checking for forced tags with commits...
Checking for tag/branch mismatches...
ERROR: The following symbols are tags in some files and branches in others.
Use --force-tag, --force-branch and/or --exclude to resolve the symbols.
'gfa' is a tag in 37 files, a branch in 37 files and has commits in 37 files.
Using the --exclude=gfa provided the means to dump the CVS Repository.
However, I do not know which files I am missing.
On the other hand, a freshly checked out cvs2svn (cvs2svn version
r1395) refused from working:
...
ERROR: Multiple definitions of the symbol 'gfa' in 'MipsSim/UTLBMissException.java,v'
Exited due to fatal error(s).
Hence my question: is there any way to circumwent these problems?
Thanks for any hint!
wbr,
Lukas
