Certificates and Reverse Proxy

Server A has an ip address of xxx.75.128.130, this is a proxy server (reverse proxy) that serves the docs from aaa.75.128.130 that is located behind a DMZ.

Can I store the ssl certificate on Server A? And will the data between server A and B inside the DMZ not be encrypted?

Thanks
