Advocacy issues tracked on http://perl.apache.org/advocacy/

I've just checked in the first shot at an advocacy status page on :

http://perl.apache.org/advocacy/issues.html

with the source :

http://perl.apache.org/advocacy/issues.pod.orig

The format at this time is somewhat arbitrary, as I've just tried to
group all the ideas/issues we discussed at the BOF and on this mailing-
list in the last week or so.

Please take the time to have a look and _do_ submit patches for anything
that should be changed.

I hope we can use that page as the focal point of our advocacy efforts.

Ideas welcome ;-)

I set out an e-mail earlier about having ingy setup modperl.kwiki.org so
that anyone could add bullets and such.  Patches and CVS are good for
code, but not as good for dynamic group collaboration and brain
storming.

Also it looks so darn wiki like as well :)
