[ANN] James v2.2.0a18 Test Build available

James v2.2.0a18 is a test build for James v2.2.0, and is available for
immediate download.

The following changes are present:

 - updated to use dnsjava-1.6.2.jar
 - Added optional user-specified processor to FromRepository
 - Changed host resolution to use InetAddress rather than
   direct DNS calls.  The use of InetAddress handles CNAME
   RR (even if it is recommended that an MX never have a
   CNAME as its value).

The DNS resolution change can help prevent bouncing messages when the
destination's DNS is mis-configured.  The less forgiving behavior was
introduced in James 2.2.0a16.
