[DISCUSS] Browser 5.0.0 release

Hey everyone!

I want to start a new browser release. 5.0.0. It will be a major because
browser has adopted the platformAPI & because it introduces the creation of
manifest.json (from config.xml) for basic PWA support.

Any issues or concerns?
