(spec) Integrity spec doesn't cover no-integrity codebase exceptions
--------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: RIVER-186
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RIVER-186
             Project: River
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: net_jini_core
    Affects Versions: jtsk_2.0
            Reporter: Dan Creswell
            Priority: Trivial

The Integrity specification doesn't seem to say what exception must be thrown if a codebase URL is received that doesn't provide integrity protection, it seems to only talk about what exception must be thrown if you detect data has actually been tampered with.
