[5.5] entries are not loaded from conf/Catalina/localhost/webapp.xml

Hi,

trying to upgrade from Tomcat 5.0 to 5.5.7 (tried
.9-alpha as well) i encountered the following problem:

The entry <Environment name="a/b"
type="java.lang.String" value="c" /> in
TOMCAT_HOME/conf/Catalina/localhost/webapp.xml does
not get loaded into the JNDI context. (java:comp/env
-> a/b)
It works for 5.0... Any remarks?
