Watchdog docs

Hi there,

Has anyone seen any documentation on the use of jakarta-watchdog? The
tarballs I've seen don't even have a README in them.  They seem to be
very similar to the tests under the jakarta-tomcat stuff. IBM seems to
have somethings with Websphere but I'm at a loss to find something
Watchdog specific.
