[jira] Created: (STANBOL-76) Stanbol should return date values
normalized to UTC
Stanbol should return date values normalized to UTC
---------------------------------------------------
Key: STANBOL-76
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STANBOL-76
Project: Stanbol
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Enhancer, Entity Hub, KReS
Reporter: Fabian Christ
Priority: Minor
We had the issue in STANBOL-72 that Stanbol currently returns date values formatted in the time zone of the server. This should be changed to be always UTC.
Reason: When you are in clustered environment it should make no difference for the output of Stanbol regarding the time zone of the server. If we have one Stanbol in Europe and one in USA they should produce exactly the same results.
