FOSDEM conference - ODF editor track

As every year there will be an ODF editor track at the FOSDEM in Bruessel
(Belgia).

I just aim to do some lighning talk about the ODF Toolkit - I was a little
late on submitting the presenation. The FOSDEM deadline suprises me every
year ;)
