Change directory to xerces-c-src2_5_0\Projects\Win32\BCC.551 

but is should be

Change directory to xerces-c-src2_5_0\Projects\Win32\Xerces-all\BCC.551

   The following issue has been resolved as FIXED.

   Resolver: cargilld
       Date: Mon, 27 Sep 2004 6:47 AM

I updated the build-winunix.xml file to &XercesCSrcInstallDir;\Projects\Win32\BCC.551\Xerces-all.  The Xerces-all directory is a subdirectory of BBC.551.
