[DISCUSS] Keynote for Drill meetup
Hi team,
I am thinking that we could do screen recording for our each meetup.
1. We could use Zoom built-in screen recording feature directly, and that
needs permission from James.
2. After the meetup, we could summarize the keynote, edit the spotlight of
the meetup, like, the discussion of new version release, idea sharing and
etc.,
3. And we could upload the keynote and spotlight clips to github wiki,
youtube and bilibili (for users and developers from China).
So that we can fully record our meetup history, and it's convenient for new
users to get known about Drill.
If the community thinks that this is worth doing. I am willing to be
responsible for this procedure.
And please provide more suggestions for this idea.

I think it's a great idea, thank you for offering to help. Using both
of the Zoom accounts I have, I tried to follow these instructions
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206330935-Enabling-and-Adding-a-Co-Host
in order to enable others to record but I get an access denied error
when I go to https://zoom.us/account/setting. I assume this is because
my accounts are on the free package. If anyone has a paid Zoom account,
we should probably let them set up the Zoom meeting. Or if a free
account is suffucient and I'm just missing something...
My apologies for not at least sending out some textual notes from the
last meetup, I'll do that today.

Hi everybody!
The next meetup is in just over 7 hours time. Here are some updates
from me.
1. I've learned a bit more Zoom and configured this meeting series to
automatically record to the cloud. I believe that should happen
whether I personally join the meeting or not. I will distribute the
generated video URL after the meeting.
2. I have also found out how to add Zoom meeting hosts. If you are
happy to be added as a co-host, please send me the email address
_that you use to log into Zoom_ (no need to reply to the mailing
list for this, just reply to me). I think we should have a few
hosts since there will be meetups when one or more hosts are not
able to attend.
3. In case you missed Cong Luo's great review of the Drill project in
2021, you may now find it via the latest blog post on our front page.
