build OM with openlaszlo ver 4.9 & 4.9.5

Hello,
i noticed in the build.xml file that to compile  using "openlaszlo46" ver
4.9.5 , and
"openlaszlo" ver 4.9.
my question is what are the differences and how its affect the built in
openmeetings?

"openlaszlo46" ver 4.9.5  used newer flex compiler and able to build swf11
(but unable to build swf8)
