github issue migration this weekend

Please note that we will be migrating the TinkerPop GitHub issues list:

https://github.com/tinkerpop/tinkerpop3/issues

to Apache Jira this weekend.  As such, any activity in GitHub issues
performed after 20.00 UTC Saturday evening will not be subject to
migration.  Please halt usage before that time.  We will make an
announcement when the migration is over and when you will be free to use
Apache Jira for TinkerPop issues.
