Cocoon's mirrored dist area

All,

I added all assets of cocoon's mirror dist area into svn [1], and converted this 
area to svn checkout. From now on, just make a change in svn and svn up on 
people.apache.org.

Updated some of the language (web publishing framework? what's that?), and added 
header to events page as well.

Now only if somebody (wink-wink!) would put gt2005/gt2006 materials in there...
