Books on Apache

Hi, I'm planning on listing books about Apache in Apache Week soon (13th
Jan). If anyone wants to suggest books (their own, or by other people),
could you let me know the URL? If it doesn't have a URL, I'll need the
relevant details (name, author, ISBN etc). Only books which describe
Apache in some detail are relevant. 

Incidently, a list of books about Apache might be a good idea for
apache.org. I'll forward details of all the books I find out about if
anyone thinks this is a good idea.
