File axis2_config.h

Hi all,

Two things about the above file:

- It's generated but not being included from anywhere! :-o
- The standard practice is to _always_ use config.h

Any comments?

Attached is another [trivial] patch to fix this.  The
axis2_config.h.in file should go away, too.
