two errors i'm getting are

[warn] (OS 121)The semaphore timeout period has expired.  : winnt_accept:
Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

AND 

[warn] (OS 64)The specified network name is no longer available.  :
winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.
