For example, selecting the 'annotate' link from :
   http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/httpd/httpd/trunk/include/http_core.h?sortby=date&view=log
it only display the source file, without annotation, and with the message  :
   Error occurred while calculating annotation data.

I noticed it a few days ago and it used to be working at least a few weeks ago.
I tried several files; --> always the same ; I tries during several days --> always the same
