------------------------------------------------------

Hi Apache Beam Team!

We have finished some tests related with this task , we have replicated the production clusters and we ran the workflows that create resources dynamically,  we haven't found any automation processes that are currently using the deprecated method so we will proceed to disable the feature. We will post more updates as we execute the process.

> GKE v1.9+ no longer supports basic authentication. [1] To continue receiving automatic updates to the GKE cluster, it must be migrated off of basic authentication, to a supported alternative.
>
> Documentation should also be refreshed to describe the current configuration of the clusters.
