[GitHub] flink pull request: [FLINK-3743] upgrading breeze from 0.11.2 to 0...

    [FLINK-3743] upgrading breeze from 0.11.2 to 0.12

    I believe a side effect of upgrading breeze is it may also fix FLINK-3741

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/tlisonbee/flink FLINK-3743

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/1876.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #1876
