   This notice that Apple is saying is that the submitted apps needs to be built with the iOS 12 SDK.
   
   It comes with Xcode 10, but right now you can use Xcode 10 with the workaround described at the top of this issue. Use the build flag `UseModernBuildSystem=0` and it will build successfully and with iOS SDK 12.
