Active MQ CMS 2.2.2 / APR and Mingw

I'm trying to build CMS 2.2.2 with Mingw but is running into difficulties
with the APR ./configure script. Generally asking: is Active MQ CMS 2.2.2 /
APR "supported" on the Mingw platform?

No, we recommend using Visual Studio to build on Windows.
