[Issue 122419] The Second Slide can't apply footer/page number when select "Don't show first slide" option

PA: Using Windows 8.1 and AOO411m6(Build:9775) - Rev. 1617669, I was also able
to reproduce the issue following the steps provided in the original
description, selecting defaults for the choices presented by the wizard.

I went back to the original presentation creation steps and changed those
settings along the way and did not see any difference in the ultimate outcome.

Much like Meike Mertsch noted, when deleting the slides from back to front (or
even from Slide 2 to back) and ending with a single slide, the issue returns.

Agree with ALG this appears to be an enhancement request.
