Hi,

the UIMA-AS 2.10.2 release candidate 2 is ready for voting.

This version contains the following fixes:
  - Fixed ReleaseNotes.html
  - Fixed eclipse plugins metadata to include previous versions of uima-as
eclipse plugins

Those you've mentioned have no FixVersion. So that should be addressed post
release. I don't intend to fix these in the 2.10.2 release.
One of these is actually yours UIMA-5216 Something to do with dd2spring
tests. Probably not high priority. If you feel otherwise, vote -1.

I am aware of the backlog of JIRAs. Some I will probably close post
release. Some are quite old and not worth doing.

- still open - is it your intent to not fix these in this release?

I note also there are a total of 31 open issues with component uima-as, and no
assigned fix-version.  Many of these are older (2014 and earlier).

Noticed some very old version: Running with xmlbeans 2.4.0, released July 2008. 
The more current release is still many years old.  This is used to build java
source, I believe, and should be OK.
