A snapshot will be at https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/pdfbox-app/2.0.9-SNAPSHOT/ at some later time. I can't access the build server right now so I can't trigger a build. Please give feedback whether it works for you. I got a lot of images.

The sample clearly shows many images, but ExtractImages finds none of these.
