[HEADS-UP] Apache Click graduation

[Bob Schellink <sa...@gmail.com>]

Hi all,

This is just a heads up that the Apache Click community would like to
start the graduation process again. Back in April the IPMC had two concerns:

  - no committer have been voted in since Click entered the incubator
  - and Click only had 3 PMC members

Since then we have voted in Adrian Antal as a new committer and two of
our mentors, Will and Henning, have indicated they will stay on as PMC
members after graduation.

Kind regards

Bob
