  Well, XP/Winroute is also incompatible with Apache [see bug 8325, bug 13083, 
  and even bug 7932 for examples of products that decided not to follow the
  WinSock2 API, or implemented it incompletely.]

  As stated in those reports, we don't have source code to this product, so
  we can't venture to guess what they did wrong.  However, expect a fix soon
  to the looping/100% cpu utilization problem when one of these bugs is 
  encountered.
