Could be an interesting feature for JK3, marking as LATER.

Note: at the moment we ask the web server for mapping relative paths to absolute
ones. Then we parse the file inside the web server independant part of JK. If we
had an include statement in the property file, we either need to resolve
relative paths ourselves, or we need a hook to ask the web server about the
correct file.
