Script provider for python has logging function but its setting is coded in
pythonscript.py file and its value can not be changed without modifying the
file.
When the office installed in user's system, general user can not be changed it.
It should be changeable by other way like environmental variable.
Python supports debug flag variable PYTHONDEBUG, but pythonscript.py supports
ERROR and DEBUG level, so it is not enough for this purpose.

I'm adding this comment to all open issues with Issue Type == PATCH. We have
220 such issues, many of them quite old. I apologize for that.
We need your help in prioritizing which patches should be integrated into our
next release, Apache OpenOffice 4.0.
If you have submitted a patch and think it is applicable for AOO 4.0, please
respond with a comment to let us know.
On the other hand, if the patch is no longer relevant, please let us know that
as well.

Proposed patcth for this issue
Reads log level from "PYSCRIPT_LOG_LEVEL" environmental variable and
reads log output type from "PYSCRIPT_LOG_STDOUT".
