Mainly for the purpose of front-facing long-running tasks, some of us need to trigger load-balancer notifications, reloads, etc.

The webhook (experimental) feature in 0.14.0 is great from this point of view. 

But, it is now limited to callback one URL. It could be interesting to support more than one, and to do those calls in parallel, so that we'll not limited by a SPOF.
