Eclipse Jetty has dropped it's internal Logger Facade in Jetty 10 and Jetty 11.

 

The org.eclipse.jetty.util.log.Logger no longer exists.

 

Eclipse Jetty 10 and Eclipse Jetty 11 both use Slf4j 2.x exclusively.

 

Eclipse Jetty 10.0.0.beta0 and Eclipse Jetty 11.0.0-alpha0 are both on Maven Central currently.

 

The Server component your project has created for Log4j2 and Jetty is exclusive for Jetty 9.x (it seems).
