* Move TimeZoneUTC and TimeZoneGMT to DateTimeTestUtils
* Remove TimeZoneGMT because it is equal to UTC
* Use ZoneId.systemDefault() instead of defaultTimeZone().toZoneId
* Alias SQLDate & SQLTimestamp to internal types of DateType and TimestampType
