> I am sending in a UTF-8 encoded XML-document where my Swedish characters "ÅÄÖ" are encoded properly.
> I always get rubbish instead of these characters inside my blog.
> If I use the cheblog GUI for sumitting my blog entries instead, the Swedish works 100%
> I am using the XML-RPC tool to construct and post data (from Simon Fell @ http://www.pocketsoap.com) and I double checked with Simon and he believes that "my end" is OK and that this might be a server side issue.
