TCP transport connection recovery.

Howdy,

I had a question about tcp transportConnectors and the TransportListener
interface.
My understanding is that a tcp connection from client to the broker will
periodically attempt to reconnect if the broker goes down and no other
connectors are available via failover/static. I have two (2) questions for
the group.

1.) Does this actually work reliably?

2.) Is TransportListener.transportInterrupted() called after every
reconnect attempt
or only on state transitions.

What I've been seeing in 5.1 is that I'll lose a broker connection due to
some
network flakiness and it never recovers. Anyone seeing anything like this
in 5.1GA?

Thanks again,
D.
