    Resolution: Won't Fix

The tobago facelets extension are facelets composition. See:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/myfaces/tobago/trunk/extension/facelets/src/main/resources/META-INF/in.xml

you can add the markup as from Tobias suggested. 

Or you can use the tobago extension in tobago-facelets since 1.0.12
