   实例同步时SC会先http请求查看同步实例对应的service是否存在，service不存在时http请求错误，若此时return，service将不会创建导致同步失败。

   去掉return即可，查询过程失败或者查询不存在都会返回err，但是应该继续尝试去注册服务，否则实例无法正确同步，所以这个个地方不return继续往下执行就可以。

   把日志级别改成了warn，删除return
